About The Event
Our yoga retreat in Portugal begins with 3 nights in Porto and Gaia, in the north of Portugal. We will explore the city’s historic landmarks, visit the Port wine caves of Gaia, and take a tour to the Duoro Valley.
Heading south toward Lisbon, we’ll spend the last half of the week in Cascais, a coastal resort town just west of Lisbon. It’s known for its sandy beaches and is a former royal retreat area. We will visit Sintra to explore this unique city and its surrounding castles and palaces. And we’ll spend time in Lisbon, tasting food and wines, walking through the city’s most historic neighborhoods, soaking in Portugal’s beauty and culture!
Daily morning & some evening yoga sessions will help to reset our senses, grounding us between the present and the past!
